The symposium will bring together Israeli and German researchers to discuss the various implications of the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) – based technologies in organizations for human workers – their attitudes, emotions, motivation, behavior, and well-being, as well as for the interpersonal relationships within organizations. German and Israeli researchers will present their current research on the topic during individual talks. The discussion sessions and roundtables will facilitate the development of new research ideas and collaborative projects.
