Die Abteilung für Arbeits-, Organisations- und Wirtschaftspsychologie forscht schwerpunktmäßig zu Wechselwirkungen zwischen Arbeit und Gesundheit in einer sich wandelnden Arbeitswelt. Zu den Forschungsinhalten zählen u.a. gesundheitsförderliche Führung, psychologische Verträge, Erholung, Zeit- und Leistungsdruck und Persönlichkeit im Arbeitskontext.
